Every Batch, Every Detail: Our Quality Control System
At Lingxi Sports, quality is not a department — it is a habit. Every product that leaves our factory has passed through a 6-stage QC gate that catches defects before they become problems.
Stage 1: Incoming Raw Material Inspection
Every shipment of steel, rubber, and plastic arrives with a mill certificate. Our inspectors verify chemical composition using a handheld XRF analyzer. If the carbon content of steel is off by 0.02%, the batch is rejected.
Stage 2: In-Process Inspection (IPQC)
CNC operators check every 50th piece against the blueprint using digital calipers and go/no-go gauges. Dimensions must stay within ±0.1mm. Any drift triggers an immediate machine recalibration.
Stage 3: Rubber Bonding Test
Our bumper plates undergo a 180° peel test — if the rubber separates from the iron core at less than 25N/cm, the entire vulcanizing batch is scrapped. No exceptions.
Stage 4: Weight Tolerance Sorting
Each dumbbell and plate is weighed on a calibrated scale. We sort into three bins: ±1% (premium), ±2% (standard), and reject. Only premium and standard grades ship to customers.
Stage 5: Drop and Impact Testing
Sample units from every production run are dropped from 1.5m onto concrete 500 times. We check for cracking, chipping, and handle deformation. ASTM and EN standards are our floor, not our ceiling.
Stage 6: Final Outgoing QC (OQC)
Before packing, each product gets a visual inspection under 360° lighting. Surface defects, burrs, and paint imperfections are flagged. Products that pass are stamped with our QC seal and packed.
The Numbers
In 2025, our factory achieved a 99.3% first-pass yield rate and a customer complaint rate of less than 0.02%. We are ISO 9001 certified and regularly audited by third-party inspectors.
