Where Iron Meets Precision

Walk through the doors of Lingxi Sports and you will hear the rhythm of industry — the hum of CNC lathes, the sharp ring of hammer on anvil, the hiss of automated welding arms.

Our 50,000 sqm facility is divided into five dedicated workshops:

Casting & Forging

Raw steel and iron are melted at 1,600C and poured into precision molds. Each dumbbell is born here.

CNC Machining

Computer-controlled lathes cut threads, bore holes, and shape components to tolerances of ±0.1mm.

Rubber Vulcanizing

For our bumper plates, virgin rubber is bonded under high pressure and temperature. Zero smell, zero flaking.

Assembly & Packing

Each product is hand-inspected then packed with EPE foam and double-walled cartons.

Quality Lab

Tensile testers, salt spray chambers, and drop-test platforms ensure every batch meets EN 20957 and ASTM standards.
